heathy fruits and vegetables

Dear reader ,

fruits and vegetables are very healthy . When you eat them , they vitamins ,minerals,and protein . We should at least eat 2 sets of vegetables and 2

sets of fruits so that they will keep us heathy . So......Remember to eat yor fruits

and vegetables everyday !
